Your subscription credits automatically reset on your next billing date. If you need more credits before then, Plus and Pro subscribers can purchase one-time credit packs from the billing page at any time.
Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date. Credits from credit packs share the same expiration window — they expire on your next billing renewal date, so we recommend using them before your cycle renews.
Because credits are a digital asset, we cannot issue refunds for credits that have already been used. If you have an unused subscription or unused credit pack and have not yet consumed any credits, you may request a refund by emailing our support team. Partially consumed plans are not eligible for refunds.
You can cancel anytime in one click from the Billing & Subscription section of your account. No hoops to jump through. After cancellation, your existing credits remain valid through the end of your current billing period — nothing is wasted.
Yes — all users, including free users, retain full commercial rights to every image they generate on AI Image to Image Generator. You can freely use your creations for marketing campaigns, product packaging, client work, merchandise, social media, and any other commercial purpose.

Credit packs are available exclusively to active Plus and Pro subscribers as a top-up option. They are not available to free users. This ensures that credit packs complement a subscription rather than replace it.
We aim to keep credit pricing stable and predictable. However, costs may occasionally be adjusted in response to upstream model provider pricing changes. We will always communicate significant changes in advance so you can plan accordingly.
