If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, please report it to us at hi@imgtoimggenerator.com. We keep the identity of reporters confidential, review all reports independently and objectively, and may record and act on malicious or knowingly false reports.
Where we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take graduated action based on the severity and frequency of the violation, including: issuing a warning, removing the offending content, restricting or disabling specific features, and suspending or permanently terminating your account. Serious violations — including CSAM, terrorism or violent-extremism content, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes — result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Image to Image Generator and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Paid plans are offered as recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, you expressly authorize us and our payment processor to automatically charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period (for example, monthly or yearly) until you cancel. The price, billing cycle, and renewal terms are shown to you at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at hi@imgtoimggenerator.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew thereafter; you are not charged again after cancellation.
Refunds: due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been purchased and used. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your request and may issue a refund at our sole discretion if the service was not as described or if there were technical issues preventing you from using the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
